## About the role

Chamber is hiring its first Head of Compliance to build the compliance function that will support our next stage of growth. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will design, operationalize, and lead a practical compliance program spanning regulatory and corporate compliance, clinical compliance, government programs, and IT/security oversight.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership, with experience in value-based care, managed care, population health, or another payer-facing care model
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA/privacy, CPOM, fee splitting, licensing, credentialing, AKS/FWA, False Claims Act, and Medicare/Medicaid requirements
- Hands-on experience with government programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, ACOs, and related CMS requirements
- Proven ability to build practical compliance programs, including policies, training, monitoring, audits, and risk-based controls
- Comfortable operating in early-stage, multi-state environments where priorities evolve, and processes need to be built from scratch
- Strong judgment and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to partner across legal, clinical, security, and business teams
