## About the role

We're looking for a Construction Engineer to provide technical oversight and quality/compliance verification on build-outs, tenant improvements, and capital projects across CHAOS's multi-site manufacturing, lab, and office portfolio.

## What they're looking for

- 5-8+ years of experience in a construction engineering, project engineering, quality/compliance, or field inspection role on commercial or industrial projects
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes, permit/AHJ processes, and standard construction specifications
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate site conditions and make sound technical judgment calls
- Comfortable working across multiple concurrent, geographically distributed projects with limited on-site support infrastructure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to produce clear, concise site reports
