CHAOS is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to build and lead the electrical engineering organization responsible for power, analog, mixed-signal, and digital electronics across RF sensors and avionics systems. You will lead the development of mission-critical hardware from concept and architecture through qualification, production, field deployment, and sustainment. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams responsible for complex, high-reliability electronics
- Background developing electronics for aerospace, defense, radar, electronic warfare, missile, space, or similarly demanding applications
- Deep expertise in at least one electrical engineering discipline, with sufficient breadth to lead high-speed digital, analog and mixed-signal, and power electronics development
