## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or another related field or equivalent work experience

- Demonstration of Integration & Test experience: Experience conducting integration and test or troubleshooting technical issues on complex systems
- Familiarity with specific test equipment used in RF (Radio Frequency) Systems testing, like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail: A commitment to quality and a keen eye for catching errors
