## About the role

Chariot has tens of thousands of nonprofit and DAF relationships. This role will focus on turning those relationships into a community - one that shows up for our events and feels connected to the DAF movement. You'll own DAF Day, our conference presence, and the content engine that keeps organizations engaged. You'll also lay the groundwork for Chariot's first owned flagship event. ## What they're looking for

- Proven track record producing events
- Comfort in Figma Slides and strong prose for recaps and collateral
- Experience growing an audience or member community
- Externally magnetic. Comfortable and credible in rooms full of nonprofit professionals
- An Owner. Owns projects fully and can project manage from start to finish
- Organized . Keeps many moving parts on track
