We're looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to help build a scalable, predictable demand generation engine that fuels ChartHop's continued growth.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing, with a track record of generating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth
- Experience planning and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Hands-on expertise in paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), website conversion optimization (CRO), campaign management, and marketing analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and continuously improve performance
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing channel investment for maximum return
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
