## About the role

Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement Work directly with leaders across Check to define and prioritize the most critical strategic questions facing the business

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of total work experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or consulting and 2+ years in a high-growth startup (Business Operations, Strategy & Ops or Strategic Finance preferred)
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to distill complex, ambiguous issues into structured frameworks and clear recommendations
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy and shifting priorities
- Ability to build relationships and drive alignment across functions and seniority levels
- Familiarity with AI tools/agents to accelerate workflows
