## About the role

We are looking for a Product Finance & Strategy Manager to support growth across Checkr’s new and emerging products. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics to lead financial planning, evaluate new opportunities (including pricing and use-case expansion), and inform investment decisions.

## What they're looking for

- 6–9+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, business operations, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, pricing, and investment cases
- Experience partnering with Product and/or Engineering on roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions
- Strong business judgment and executive communication, able to turn ambiguity into clear, decision-ready recommendations
- High ownership, bias for action, and either experience in, or a desire to, become “AI Native” to improve decision-making
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
