## About the role

As our Performance Creative Program expands, we're looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to guide a team of designers, copywriters, and video editors in producing original creative based on insights, learnings, and strategic briefs. You'll operate as a player-coach — designing best-in-class creative yourself while mentoring and guiding the team.

## What they're looking for

- 8-10+ years in performance creative, including experience leading, mentoring, or managing designers, copywriters, and/or video editors (player-coach experience preferred)
- Strong concepting and ideation skills in addition to design execution — proven ability to originate creative territories, not just produce against a given brief
- Deep fluency in cultural and social trends, and a track record of translating them into performance creative
- Experience balancing brand guidelines with performance requirements, partnering cross-functionally with brand/marketing teams
- Experience managing or directing external agency, freelance, or vendor creative partners
- Experience across print, in addition to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Mobile, and Google
