- Experience leading a multi-channel digital acquisition or growth organization with meaningful business accountability — not only channel-level metrics
- A demonstrated record of owning growth, efficiency, and business outcomes
- Experience managing a significant media portfolio and making prioritization tradeoffs across channels, technology, and vendors
- A leadership style that blends strategic range with hands-on credibility — comfortable operating as both strategist and player-coach
- Experience building or scaling teams and developing future leaders
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional, senior-executive-visible environment
