## About the role

We are hiring for a Senior Associate on Chime’s Compliance Assurance & Testing team. You will work in a fast paced environment and play an essential role in ensuring Chime remains compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and bank partner expectations. In this role you will perform strategic end-to-end compliance testing of Chime’s innovative products and services to identify risks and control gaps.

## What they're looking for

- Have 5-8 years of work experience, including: regulatory compliance testing in Financial Services, Risk Consulting or Fintech companies
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and rules governing consumer financial protection, banking, payment networks, money transmission, and consumer lending
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential and demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
- Work well with ambiguity and multiple priorities while balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders
- Analytical skills, such as SQL or data visualization, are a plus
