## About the role

We’re seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Associate to join Chime’s Growth & Marketing Finance team. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Marketing, Growth, Product, and Data to manage marketing budget, evaluate growth initiatives, measure performance, and inform strategic investment decisions. Our team’s mandate is to bring rigorous, data-driven insights to help Chime scale efficiently and drive sustainable growth.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Strategic Finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital or a related field, ideally within a high-growth technology environment
- Exceptional skills with building scalable, efficient, and intuitive financial models, prior experience with Looker and SQL a plus
- Demonstrated prior experience with cohort data and ROI analysis, familiarity with marketing ecosystem, acquisition channels, and channel KPIs a plus
- Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex findings into concise and actionable insights
- High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and influence cross-functionally with minimal guidance, you will communicate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership on a weekly basis
