## About the role

Chime’s Legal team is seeking a senior litigation paralegal to support the company’s litigation, regulatory, and employment matters. In this role, you will help manage a diverse portfolio that includes consumer litigation and arbitration, class actions, commercial disputes, regulatory inquiries and investigations, and employment matters.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including substantial experience supporting complex litigation at a law firm, in-house legal department, or both
- Experience managing litigation processes and deadlines, discovery, document collections and productions, legal holds, subpoenas, and large or complex matter portfolios
- Strong project-management skills and a demonstrated ability to independently coordinate multiple matters, stakeholders, and competing priorities
- Experience organizing, analyzing, and reporting on legal or operational data, with strong attention to data accuracy and quality
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-visualization or business-intelligence tools, experience with SQL and Looker, Hex or comparable tools is strongly preferred
- Experience using AI-enabled technologies and automation tools, and developing AI agents or other repeatable AI solutions to improve workflows
