## About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to help lead external financial reporting at Chime! This role sits on the Controllership team and will help to own the preparation of our public company filings — Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K — along with statutory reporting and equity accounting under ASC 718.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 6 years of accounting experience. Big 4 public accounting preferred
- CPA preferred, with deep working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations (Regulation S-X and S-K)
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K
- Demonstrated ownership of stock-based compensation accounting
- Experience with intercompany and statutory reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, time and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against hard filing deadlines
