## About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and own the external relationships that power ChipAgents' growth. This role sits at the intersection of our product, R&D, and go-to-market efforts, translating our platform's needs for compute, data, foundry access, and strategic customer relationships into concrete partnerships with the companies that make our roadmap possible.

## What they're looking for

- 5–7 years of experience in partnerships or growth strategy at AI-native companies, consulting, venture capital, or private equity
- Strong track record building and managing strategic relationships with large technical organizations (cloud providers, foundries, or similar)
- Comfort structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical needs into partnership strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, R&D, and go-to-market teams in a fast-moving environment
