- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a healthcare setting
- Comfort operating inside healthcare environments, particularly skilled nursing facilities, with working knowledge of nursing workflows, shift structure, and floor dynamics
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication with the ability to train and hold a room of clinical staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility quickly with audiences ranging from CNAs to facility administrators
- Practical problem-solving: you diagnose the cause on site rather than escalating it as-is
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own schedule, follow-up, and commitments across multiple facilities at once
