## What they're looking for

- Support the VP, Investor Relations, SVP Strategic Finance, and CFO in developing and maintaining relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors
- Track and synthesize analyst and investor feedback, and share insights to inform messaging and engagement
- Maintain and enhance Circle's valuation models, peer comparisons, and consensus tracking
- Stay current on strategic, operational, and financial developments at Circle, as well as the evolving financial services, digital assets, and regulatory landscape
- Draft and prepare quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, Q&A, and presentations, as well as conference materials, management briefings, and other public company communications
- Manage earnings process logistics, including the earnings calendar, quiet period coordination, and external vendors, ensuring smooth coordination internally and across the investment community
