## What they're looking for

- Develop a strong understanding of how we think about our finances and accounting and partner with teams to make the inner workings transparent
- Build the frameworks and systems that help us see when something might be going wrong and help lead the charge to fix these immediate problems and design solutions that keep these problems from happening again
- Build scalable automated solutions utilizing SQL, Superset, other reporting tools, scripting languages, and AI
- Occasionally share your results with larger audiences to educate them on the inner workings of our engineering and financial systems
- Partner with accounting and treasury to solve important data problems that arise as new opportunities and regulations arise
