## What they're looking for

- Serve as the embedded strategic finance partner to the Chief Product Officer and product leadership team
- Support financial planning for the Product organization, including annual plan, quarterly forecasting, and long-range modeling, advise on investment trade-offs and resource allocation across the product portfolio
- Drive scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and market sizing to pressure-test assumptions and support capital allocation discussions with Circle’s leadership team
- Prepare and present compelling financial narratives that bring the product strategy to life with financial clarity
- Develop financial performance dashboards and executive reporting for new and emerging product lines, lead variance analysis with clear, actionable commentary for senior leadership
- Build and scale the Product Finance function and establish repeatable financial processes and frameworks that make it faster and easier for product teams to access the insights they need
