## About the role

As an Engineering Manager for the Webex Partner Hub, you will lead the architecture and scaling of a robust ecosystem designed to transform how our partners conduct business. You will drive partner success by delivering intuitive, high-performance capabilities that empower them to seamlessly manage customer lifecycles, provision complex services, and leverage actionable, data-driven insights.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3+ years in a formal leadership or management capacity
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams within a SaaS or cloud-based environment
- Comprehensive understanding of modern web technologies, scalable API design, and cloud-native architectures
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-functional projects and consistently deliver high-quality software on schedule
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse, distributed teams
