## About the role

As an Optics Reliability/Component Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and qualifying next-generation Silicon Photonics and laser supply technologies. You will bridge the gap between design and manufacturing, ensuring our products meet the highest reliability standards.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 3+ years of experience in optical component technologies, interconnect quality requirements, and reliability test methodologies
- Demonstrated experience executing full device qualification plans, including test set-ups, fault finding, and hardware debug
- Working knowledge of methodologies such as DFMEA and statistical tools for evaluating process and design reliability (e.g., FIT rates, MTBF)
- Experience with environmental stress testing, including shock, vibration, ESD, dust, and mixed flowing gases
