## About the role

As a Data Analytics lead, you will define the technical roadmap for our Partner Hub analytics ecosystem. You will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated, high-scale data architectures, ensuring our platform remains performant, secure, and resilient. Your leadership will directly shape the evolution of Partner Hub Analytics, providing partners with the tools to optimize their business operations.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Extensive professional experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, sophisticated data infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in distributed data processing frameworks, specifically Spark and/or Flink, with deep knowledge of streaming architectures
- Advanced expertise in data modeling, and/or database design, and/or performance optimization for large-scale analytical systems
- Deep, hands-on experience designing and managing production environments using Apache Pinot and Apache Iceberg
- Extensive experience architecting and deploying data solutions within major cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
