## About the role

As a founding member of Civic Roundtable’s Partnerships & Federal GTM team, you will work directly with our founders to build the external relationships and ecosystem that help Civic Roundtable grow.

## What they're looking for

- 3–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, startups, government, or a related field
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations
- Comfort working directly with founders, executives, and senior external stakeholders
- Experience building new initiatives, programs, or processes in environments with limited structure
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently drive work forward
- Familiarity with the federal government or broader Washington ecosystem is a plus
