## About the role

We’re hiring an Operations Associate to help design, build, and scale the core operational processes that power Claim Health. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or startup operations who enjoys ambiguity, systems thinking, and working directly with customers. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering - owning implementations, tracking key metrics, and turning real-world complexity into scalable, repeatable workflows.
