## About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help bring one of Clair's next products to life. The product you'll initially work on exists today in successful private beta and is actively being expanded. That means you'll have a unique opportunity to join early in the product journey and help shape how we take an idea from concept to a real-world product and experience.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience building new products or features from the ground up
- Experience working in consumer fintech, neobanking, financial services, or another complex and regulated industry is preferred
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, you can create clarity and momentum without needing every decision, process, or path defined for you
- Strong product instincts paired with a willingness to test those instincts quickly and learn when you're wrong. You should be able to express and extol a strong sense of how you want a product to be before it exists
- Experience balancing multiple stakeholder needs while maintaining a clear point of view about what is best for the user and product
- Deep empathy for how Americans use financial products and an interest in how financial products can meaningfully impact people's lives and financial wellbeing
