## About the role

We’re looking for a UXR who is equally comfortable thinking strategically about what we need to learn as they are rolling up their sleeves to conduct the research themselves. You will play fundamental role in building on Clair’s existing research repository, and evolving the foundation of our research function.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in User Research, UX Research, Product Research, or a related discipline
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology company or startup environment
- Experience conducting research across the full product development lifecycle, from early discovery through usability testing and post-launch evaluation
- Strong qualitative research skills, including user interviews, usability testing, and concept testing
- Strong quantitative research skills, including experience designing and conducting surveys, analyzing massive user data sets to uncover patterns, and other scalable research methods
- Product design fluency and hands-on experience working with Figma and testing product concepts and prototypes
