## About the role

Clarify is looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to build and own the financial models and analyses that power decision-making at a fast-scaling, AI-first healthcare technology company. This role sits within Finance and reports to the CFO. You'll build the financial models and analyses that inform the CFO's decisions, help shape how Clarify's financial story is told to the company, the Board, and outside stakeholders, and support the CFO on fundraising, M&A, and other high-stakes work.

- Advanced financial modeling and diligence skills - can build a complex three-statement model or scenario analysis from scratch, under time pressure, without hand-holding
- Demonstrated ability to teach yourself a new domain quickly - your career shows at least one hard pivot (industry, function, or company stage) where you got up to speed fast and delivered
- An AI-first mindset - active daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate modeling, diligence, and reporting, can cite specific examples of using AI to compress timelines
- Strong business acumen - builds credibility quickly with the leadership team and translates financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Comfort with ambiguity and a complex, evolving business model - you're energized, not unsettled, by a company that is actively redesigning its own revenue mechanics
