## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee, inspect, and ensure top-tier execution across complex healthcare and academic construction projects. In this role, you will lead quality assurance initiatives, direct third-party contractors and trade labor, and maintain rigorous compliance with medical, university, and facility standards.

## What they're looking for

- Manage, direct, and inspect the work of third-party contractors, unionized trade labor, and external engineering/architecture consultants
- Maintain technical oversight of physical plant systems, building automation systems (BAS), HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution
- Oversee phased construction within medical office, ambulatory, and hospital facilities to minimize disruption to operational environments
- Utilize project management, scheduling, and estimating systems such as eBuilder and Primavera
- Ensure compliance with Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) standards and ICRA/ILSM guidelines during construction activities
- Minimum of 6 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
