## About the role

Oversee and ensure the safety of employees, trade partners, and general public Enforce corporate and project specific safety and health programs as well as federal, state, and local safety standards

## What they're looking for

- A minimum of five (5) years of continuous construction industry safety experience in supervising or managing general construction (or a similar industry-related college degree and 3 years of experience)
- Must possess a current OSHA 30-Hour construction safety training certificate (completed within the last 5 years)
- Must have completed 40 hours of formal safety training covering the EM 385-1-1 manual
- Must have maintained competency through eight (8) hours of documented formal safety and health training each year for the past five years
- Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners
- Proof of training and experience in managing crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safely
