## What they're looking for

- Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience
- 7+ years of construction experience required, working for a general contractor on large scale construction projects is highly preferred
- 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams
- Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions
