## About the role

As a School Partnerships Specialist, you'll be ClassDojo's on-the-ground champion in one of our priority markets: Atlanta (GA), Los Angeles (CA), Miami-Dade (FL), Louisville (KY) and New York City (NY). Your mission is to help schools build stronger family engagement and foster positive school culture — one school leader conversation, one teacher presentation, and one community at a time.

## What they're looking for

- Former school principal, assistant superintendent, instructional coach, or education leader with deep, active relationships in one of the priority markets (Atlanta (GA), Los Angeles (CA), Miami-Dade (FL), Louisville (KY) and New York City (NY))
- A genuine passion for family engagement and school culture — you've seen firsthand how connecting families to what's happening at school transforms outcomes for kids
- Extensive personal network among school leaders and district administrators in your market — the kind of relationships where you can pick up the phone and get a meeting
- Strong presentation skills with experience leading professional development sessions, faculty meetings, or schoolwide presentations
- Self-starter who can independently manage outreach, scheduling, and field logistics with minimal oversight
- Comfort with a performance-based compensation structure tied to measurable outcomes
