## About the role

We're looking for a Partner Technical Engineer to join our Data & Integration Partnerships team. This role owns two mission-critical components of Clay's data marketplace: the technical quality bar for every provider, and the technical readiness of every new partner before they go live.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, solutions engineering, technical partnerships, or similar) working with partnerships, integrations, marketplace and/or ecosystems
- Deep familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and modern integration patterns
- Experience building data quality frameworks, testing pipelines, or evaluation methodologies
- Proven ability to navigate third-party APIs and dense partner technical documentation
- Comfort with data analysis, including the ability to write SQL , build dashboards, and extract insights from messy datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
