## About the role

Clear Street is looking for an Associate Director of Tax Reporting & Compliance to join our Tax team. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you'll own U.S. federal tax reporting and compliance for our consolidated group, working closely with the international and state and local tax leads. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership — you'll be a key contributor in building a scalable, best-in-class tax function as the firm grows across businesses and geographies.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of tax experience with a strong emphasis on US federal income tax compliance and ASC 740 reporting,
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience preparing tax provisions and financial statement disclosures for public companies
- Deep knowledge of US federal income tax, ASC 740, and uncertain tax positions (FIN 48)
- Experience managing outsourced compliance functions and third-party service providers
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems and tax provision/compliance software (e.g., OneSource)
