- Own operational and financial performance across CLEAR’s South region, delivering against security, member experience, enrollment, sales, labor, and profitability goals
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Directors and General Managers, building a strong leadership bench and driving clear accountability and consistent execution across the region
- Drive regional growth by maximizing performance at existing airports, supporting new airport launches, and accelerating adoption of new products and experiences
- Build trusted relationships with senior airport, aviation, and internal stakeholders, representing CLEAR at the executive level and aligning partners around shared business and operational priorities
