## About the role

Cleerly is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineering Manager to help lead the development, deployment, and operation of the next generation of our healthcare diagnostic platform. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management and will be responsible for building scalable cloud infrastructure, improving software delivery processes, and ensuring the reliability, security, and maintainability of our engineering platform.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- 8+ years of professional software engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or closely related experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, or operating cloud infrastructure and automated software-delivery systems
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience , including responsibility for architecture, technical direction, mentoring, or leading complex engineering initiatives
- 2+ years of direct people-management experience , including performance management, coaching, hiring, and professional development
- 5+ years of experience working with AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure , with strong hands-on AWS experience required for this role
