## About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and own core components of Cleerly's clinical platform. This is a high-impact individual contributor role spanning both frontend and backend — you will work across the stack, from the React/TypeScript interfaces clinicians use to the Python and Java services and AWS infrastructure that power them.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrable depth across the stack
- Strong React and TypeScript — you are genuinely comfortable owning complex production interfaces
- Strong backend engineering in Python or Java — you write and own production services, not just scripts
- AWS production experience — you have built and operated cloud-native services, not just deployed to a VM
- Solid API design and integration skills — you can design and consume APIs, handle edge cases, and reason about data integrity end to end
- Experience working in healthcare, regulated, or otherwise high-stakes software environments
