## What they're looking for

- Proven experience running competitive intelligence programs and/or win-loss research in a B2B software company – ability to go from raw signal to a defensible, actionable point of view
- Experience recruiting and managing external beta/design-partner programs, including structured customer interviewing
- Comfortable interfacing directly with Product and Engineering leadership and prospective enterprise customers without heavy oversight – this is a senior, largely self-directed contract role
- Strong synthesis and writing skills: able to turn interviews and research into a clear, usable point of view, not just raw notes
- EdTech, identity/auth, or AI infrastructure background is a plus, but not required
- Available for a focused, part-time engagement with a hard deliverable date
