- People Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with a proven ability to build high-impact teams — mentoring and coaching engineers at all levels while holding a consistently high bar
- AI Development Tools: Familiarity with leveraging AI coding tools (such as Claude Code or Cursor) to enhance development workflow, productivity, and code quality

- Operational Excellence: Experience with operational change management and process improvement
