## About the role

Clipboard Health is a marketplace that connects healthcare facilities with professionals looking for shifts. Our largest customers operate at significant scale, and their problems don't always fit neatly into a single team or function. A product implementation might stall because of an operational workflow. A payroll issue might involve the customer, our Operations team, Product, and Engineering. An integration might technically work but fail to work for the people actually using it.

## What they're looking for

- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy and operations, implementation, customer strategy, program management, or a similar problem-solving role
- Experience working directly with customers or clients, particularly in complex or high-stakes situations
- Strong structured problem-solving skills. You can take an ambiguous problem, figure out what matters, and create a path forward
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to investigate problems and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both senior executives and frontline operators
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence teams without direct authority
