## About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition / People team on a six-month contract. You'll be at the center of the interview process - coordinating calendars, guiding candidates, maintaining accurate recruiting data, and making onsite interviews run smoothly.

## What they're looking for

- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, timely, and warm communication throughout the process
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or another fast-paced operational role, internships count
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a candidate-first approach
- Comfort using calendar tools, including Google Calendar, and learning new systems quickly
