## About the role

The Dispensary Supervisor of the Company will support day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with state law and the Company standards. This position will help to direct workflow of the staff, and regularly perform store opening and closing procedures on -peak periods. As Supervisor, you will manage any customer (recreational, medicinal and caregivers) escalations, reinforce team culture and act as an ambassador of the Company’s mission to normalize, professionalize, and revolutionize cannabis .
