## About the role

As the Manager, HRBP , you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across North America and Canada. You will help shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, guide culture and team member relations, and contribute directly to our global People strategy.

- Serve as the primary HRBP for:
- Partner with leaders across multiple levels to understand business needs and align People strategies
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives
- Assist with documentation for legal matters, investigations, or claims
- Help implement policy updates and guide managers on compliance requirements
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant processes across the entire team member and contractor lifecycle
