## About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable business from an assigned group of brokers and partnering closely with our Sales organization. You will underwrite and manage products across Coalition’s portfolio, including the enterprise segment, while serving as a trusted partner to brokers and customers. Along the way, you will help clients better understand how to protect their businesses, bringing together underwriting expertise, business acumen and a relationship-first approach.

## What they're looking for

- Expertise in analyzing complex cyber and Technology E&O risks and understanding their impact on underwriting, pricing, and portfolio outcomes
- Ability to combine deep underwriting expertise with broker and client needs to craft creative solutions and explain rationale credibly at senior levels
- Excellent executive presence, presentation skills, and comfort leading complex broker and client conversations in high-stakes settings
- Significant experience mentoring underwriters and influencing underwriting culture, standards, and operating practices
