## About the role

Coalition is hiring a Senior Global Benefits Manager to join the People Operations team and help deliver a reliable, scalable benefits experience for our distributed, international workforce.

## What they're looking for

- Lead Coalition’s global benefits strategy and long-term roadmap, translating business and employee needs into competitive, consistent, and sustainable programs across markets
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and broader People team on benefits data, integrations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost modeling, utilization analysis, audits, and operational controls
- 8+ years of experience in global benefits, People Operations, HR operations, consulting, or a related field
- Experience administering global health and welfare, leave, retirement, and pension programs
- Experience with self-insured health plans, including claims, utilization, cost modeling, stop-loss, renewals, vendor management, and reconciliations
- Experience managing brokers, consultants, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across operations, renewals, implementations, and escalations
