## About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable business from an assigned group of brokers and partnering closely with our Sales organization. You will underwrite and manage

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of underwriting experience, including at least several years handling high-complexity Cyber and Technology E&O risks
- Ability to analyze complex cyber and technology risks and understand their implications for underwriting, pricing, structure, and profitability
- Ability to combine underwriting expertise with broker and client needs to craft solutions and explain rationale clearly and confidently
- Strong presentation presence, negotiation skills, and comfort handling executive-facing broker and client conversations
- Meaningful experience mentoring others and contributing to underwriting standards, governance, or training
