## About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable business from an assigned group of brokers and partnering closely with our Sales organization. You will underwrite and manage products across Coalition’s portfolio while serving as a trusted partner to brokers and customers. Along the way, you will help clients better understand how to protect their businesses, bringing together underwriting expertise, business acumen and a relationship-first approach. ## What they're looking for

- Typically 2+ years of underwriting experience, including meaningful exposure to cyber, technology E&O, and/or other complex specialty risks
- Ability to analyze underwriting and pricing risks independently and make sound decisions within authority
- Ability to use risk analysis and underwriting guidelines to explain decisions and rationale confidently to brokers and clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills in a broker-distributed environment
- Developing fluency in complex coverage structures, client-facing presentation, and wording-related conversations
