Coalition’s global Cyber Portfolio Underwriting (CPU) function sets underwriting direction, authority and governance for Coalition’s cyber and technology E&O portfolio worldwide. As our capacity partnerships and international footprint grow, the volume of underwriting decisions that require portfolio-level review is growing with them. ## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of cyber or technology E&O underwriting experience at a carrier, MGA or reinsurer, across SME, mid-market and large accounts
- Deep familiarity with letters of authority, referral frameworks and delegated-authority obligations to capacity providers
- Sound, fast judgement, with the discipline to record the reasoning behind each decision
- Comfort with underwriting data and dashboards (Looker or SQL experience a plus)
- Ability to hold a governance line with senior underwriters and distribution colleagues while remaining commercially constructive
