## About the role

We're hiring a Compliance Analyst to help build and run our BSA/AML/OFAC program. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to work close to the transaction data investigating alerts, spotting patterns, and turning findings into action while helping shape how a compliance program gets built from the ground up at a fast-moving fintech. You'll work directly with senior compliance leadership, giving you visibility and influence well beyond a typical analyst seat.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in a BSA/AML/OFAC compliance role, ideally at a fintech or other closely regulated industry
- AI-native mindset : you're already using AI tools in your daily work and you're excited to push further
- Experience with transaction monitoring or alerts screening systems, and comfort writing SQL queries against large datasets
- Strong analytical instincts comfortable pulling metrics, spotting trends, and translating data into operational decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bias toward action and process-building you don't wait for someone to hand you a playbook
