## About the role

We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on increasing the number of fleets on the Coast platform. You'll partner directly with Product and Design to ship high-impact capabilities that move critical business metrics. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set technical direction, coach engineers by engaging with their real work, lead by example, and raise the bar on how the team operates. You will have the opportunity to help shape a fast-growing engineering organization.
