## About the role

We are looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to join our People team at Cockroach Labs. As a strategic partner, you will closely align our talent and business objectives by directly supporting Roachers in the GTM organization. You will work closely with managers and leaders to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice with respect to employee relations, performance management, coaching, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training, and more.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 8 years of experience required, preferred experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth organization
- 5 years of experience working with managers and leaders in an HRBP or People Partner capacity, preference for candidates with experience supporting go-to-market organizations
- Relevant experience building and improving company culture and increasing employee engagement, and expertise in performance management
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with managers and leaders while influencing across multiple organizational layers
- A track record of strategic partnering with business leaders on multi-year company or org-wide people initiatives
- Experience demonstrating judgment and integrity in sensitive situations
